The Uganda Road Fund Board set out to inspect Kampala Capital City roads on 18th February 2015. The URF Board together with the Executive was received by the KCCA Executive Director Ms. Jennifer Musisi at Kampala Capital City Authority offices. The Board visited USAFI Market and also tested a new technology that instantly fills portholes at the Lake drive, Luzira.
The URF Board chairperson Ms. Jacquelyn Lutaaya said that the Board was satisfied with KCCA works and that road maintenance funds had been put to good use. KCCA also expresses its interest for more funding for safety activities i.e. street lighting among others.
